2. The surface of the stamping part is reflective, and the customer requires that no developer should be sprayed. The scanning effect required is good, and the data obtained is of high precision, which can play a great role in the later application.

In the early stage, the stamping parts shall be pasted with corresponding number of mark points, and then the hand-held 3D scanner 751 with fine mode shall be used for comprehensive scanning of the sample. Switching to a single laser scanner can be applicable to scanning deep holes and dead corners, which is conducive to solving the difficulties caused by detailed features. First, scan the data of one side of the complete stamping part. Then scan the other side in reverse, and the data can be spliced automatically according to the mark points to improve the work efficiency.
High accuracy of scanned data. The hand-held scanner is flexible in operation, capable of multi-directional angle change scanning and fast and accurate capture. The scanned data is imported into the 3D software for data processing, and the data format required by the customer can be exported, so that the customer can skillfully use the software to make the design.
