Now the products tend to more and more modeling, diversification, personalized. It is inevitable that there will be defective products in the manufacturing process, so it is necessary to test the products. It is a big challenge for industrial 3D inspection engineering to inspect products with complex surface shape with high precision. At present, in the market, most of the contact measurement method is used for detection, some need to make precise detection tools, some need to design jigs to position, and then use CMM coordinate for measurement, the operation is quite cumbersome, and we have to prepare quite complex preliminary work. Therefore, three-dimensional detection with simple operation is needed to change the previous inspection method and reverse scan the measured objects into dense point cloud data with fast scanning technology. Then, automatic analysis is carried out with convenient comparison software to automatically produce simple and understandable analysis reports, so as to achieve the effect of product detection.
