Practical problem

    It is necessary to quickly obtain the three-dimensional digital model of the car door, detect the injection deformation of the plastic parts of the car door and the assembly error between the plastic parts and the hardware parts. However, there are many curved surfaces of the car door, which have large deformation, and the grooves on each side have different shapes, which are very complex. It is difficult to determine, resulting in uneven assembly clearance between hardware and plastic parts, high and low deviation of the fitting surface of plastic parts and other problems.

Holon solutions

    The handheld 3D scanner (holon-3dh-3m) adopts the unique corner technology of Hualang 3D, which can quickly scan the car door to obtain high-precision 3D data. The comparison, analysis and detection of the original model assembly drawing and the physical assembly scanning data can obtain the edge length of the corresponding edge between the digital model and the point cloud, and whether the assembly position is consistent. The scanning data can also be modified, and the obtained data can be imported into mainstream reverse software such as pro/e and UG for post-processing. Professional modeling software such as CATIA can be used for secondary design.
