If there is a large error in the position of the screw hole of the fixed blade, the workpiece may be scrapped directly. Hualang engineer proposed a solution, using the industrial 3D scanner hl-3dm (precision type), to collect the 3D data of the disk milling cutter, and then through the Geomagic Studio software for post-processing, to convert the point cloud data of the disk milling cutter into triangular mesh surface data. A high-precision 3D digital model of disc milling cutter is obtained.

The processed data can also be imported into the inspection software to perform detailed analysis of object features, such as hole position, contour, curvature, etc., while also capturing and reflecting the shape and position deviation of the profile. The Geomagic Qualify inspection software can automatically align the coordinate system of the measurement data with the CAD data, so as to achieve rapid comparison inspection and quality control.
