5. When calibrating the hardware, special tools should be used to tighten each thread. Do not use excessive force when adjusting.
6. Do not touch the beam and the three lenses with your hands to prevent dust from entering or damaging the beam and lenses.
7. Two people must cooperate when raising or lowering the stand to prevent the stand and measuring head from falling down.
8. When spraying colorant, be sure to cover the lens with a lens cap to prevent dust from contaminating the lens.
9. The lens light source should be turned off during the measurement interval to extend its service life.
10. After the measurement is completed, carefully remove each part, close the lens cover and put it in the box.
11. Wipe the lens regularly with special paper to ensure cleanliness. Wipe the LCD monitor regularly with soft paper. Do not touch the monitor with sharp objects. Cover it with a clean cloth when not in use.
12. When an abnormality occurs in the system, it should be recorded in time and the management department should be contacted immediately. No unauthorized handling is allowed.
13. After work is completed, clean the work site and equipment. Carry out civilized work.
14. Records of equipment operation must be kept at the end of each shift.
