二. Precautions for the use of 3D scanner

1. Carefully check the power plugs before starting to avoid data loss due to power failure during the measurement process.

2. After starting up, it enters the user state, and the system parameters cannot be modified at will, and system files must not be deleted at will.

3. Before measurement, the data line should be straightened out to avoid tripping when moving the support.

4. When moving the bracket and the measuring head, handle it gently to avoid changing the position of the lens due to vibration.

5. For hardware calibration, special tools should be used to tighten each thread. Do not use excessive force when adjusting.
6. Do not touch the beam and the three lenses with your hands to avoid dust entering or damaging the beam and lens.

7. When the bracket is raised or lowered, two people must cooperate to prevent the bracket and measuring head from falling down.

8. When spraying colorant, be sure to cover the lens with a lens cap to prevent dust from contaminating the lens.

9. The lens light source lamp should be turned off during the measurement gap to extend its service life.

10. After the measurement is completed, carefully remove all parts, close the lens cover and put it into the box.

11. Wipe the lens with special paper regularly to ensure cleanliness. Wipe the LCD monitor with soft paper regularly. Do not touch the monitor with sharp objects. Cover with a clean cloth when not in use.

12. When there is an abnormality in the system, it should be recorded in time, and the management department should be contacted immediately, and it is not allowed to deal with it without authorization.

13. After the work is completed, do a good job of cleaning the work site and equipment. Carry out civilized operations.

14. At the end of each shift, a record of the operation of the equipment must be made.
